OBITUARY: Michael Joseph Stilson
PAINTED POST NY Michael Joseph Stilson age 33, of Painted Post died Monday, December 20, 2004 at home on Delaware Avenue. Mr. Stilson was born in Corning on February 6, 1971, the son of Linda (Mayer) Stilson and the late William Stilson. He married Tammy L. Beebe on May 17, 2002 in Hammondsport, NY.
He worked as a carpenter in Elmira and Big Flats, NY. He was a hard worker who loved being a carpenter and working with wood. He was an avid NASCAR racing fan, enjoyed listening to hard rock music, was proud of his tattoos, and loved fishing in the ocean off Long Beach pier in North Carolina where he had lived and worked for a while. Mike was an outgoing, fun-loving person who had a large group of friends from childhood that he took great pleasure spending time with. He was loved by many special kids.
He is survived and loved by his wife, Tammy L. Stilson of Painted Post; children, Chelsea and Michael Iannarilli, mother, Linda Stilson of Dewey, AZ.; step-brother, Scott Stilson of Florida; step-sister, Lori (Jason)Coad of Maui, HI., father and mother-in-law, Roger and Beatrice Beebe of Corning, NY; sisters-in-law, Lisa Beebe of Corning, NY and Shelly(Dan) Scott of Painted Post,NY; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews and special friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at 6:00pm at Phillips Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 17 W. Pulteney St., Corning with Deacon Ray Defendorf officiating. A Gathering will immediately follow his Memorial Service at the Corning Union Hall.

Friends and family packed the main room full with people standing and two upstairs room and lobby filled and people standing outside.
